Rules & Process

  • Ticket holders must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to own a firearm per state and federal regulations.
  • Buyers will receive their tickets via email.
  • Each entry must contain only one name.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • Winners of firearms must go to the designated Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in person to receive their prize(s).
  • Drawing will be open to the public at 3:30 p.m. on December 13, 2025, at the RCRPC Indoor Range,1029 S. Jackson St., Janesville, WI 53546. This is the official address, but access is from Delavan Dr., next to ANGI. Lower level on the rear of the building.
